Best gut health solution
Having had several gut problems, I have heard recommendations about Bio-Kult from others and I got send free samples to try. I’m so pleased I received samples before I bought the product because the results have been unbelievable. My gut has suffered and has impacted on me almost daily for a while. These taste so nice!
I have received the bio-kult fast dissolve packs. There are 30 in the pack which should last 1 month. They are to enhance the immunity system, I opted for these as during the transition months I tend to catch the cold very easily so I decided these might be a good way to overcome any sickness and flu. The sachets contain 200mg of vitamin C and 10mcg of vitamin D, these are a great alternative to tablets, as personally I hate taking capsules. So far they are good, it’s hard to tell whether they work or whether it’s just a placebo. Anyway, each sachet is tiny and it is quite hard to open the packs, the film is hard so have to pull it out. There is not much powder in each and the powder tastes super nice! It tastes very good, so I do enjoy it. I would prefer more powder and satchels to be easier to open. It also contains 2 gut friendly live bacteria strains so it’s also good for the gut! No artificial colours and gluten free is an extra bonus.

Having never tried fast-dissolving pro-biotic powders before, I have taken "the bull by the horns" and tried something a little different that might help with ongoing digestive issues. These appear exactly as described, and they are certainly easy to take and pleasant tasting on the tongue. Convenient, and fast-melting, It is my understanding that these dissolving powders will ultimately help support balance the gut and aid digestion.
