Talking gut health with Alice Liveing

Personal trainer, podcast host and best-selling author, Alice Liveing is bringing her fitness and wellness know how to Bio-Kult as our new brand ambassador. We sat down with her to chat about gut health and what it means to be part of the team.

Hi Alice, tell us a bit about yourself!

Whilst I started out as a dancer, I’ve since trained as a personal trainer, before sharing my love of fitness and wellness with my online community. I’m all about body positivity, making your health work for you and staying true to who you are.

You mentioned the role of gut health and how you believe it plays an important role in overall health. Can you tell us a bit more about that?

What impact do you feel physical exercise has on gut health?

As a personal trainer, I can’t underestimate what regular exercise can do for your insides. As well as increasing the variety of good bacteria in the gut, it can also help with digestion, reducing the time it takes for us to process foods and preventing digestive issues.

How do you feel taking Bio-Kult has helped you?

What are your top tips for everyday gut health?
