Everyday 90 pack
I have been using the tablets for 2 weeks alongside other diet changes and I can feel a difference in myself. I will definitely continue to use them and keep noting my progress but I will certainly be buying again.Â

Neutral so far
The expedition service was good. I'm a firm beleavor on taking care of our microbiom and I've been trying to eat in such a way as to support this, but haven't been perfect, so the idea of supplementing my body with a ready made culture is attractive. I've been taking 2 capsules a day for the past 2 weeks and have noticed a change in colour of my 💩. Other than that I can't say there has been other noticeable changes. But I've bought 2 packs for my brother who has always had problems with his digestive system....he's started today so we'll see.

Excellent probiotic
For anyone who suffers with irritable bowel, stomach distress, or just anyone who wants to care for their stomach and digestive system, this probiotic offers excellent protection and aids digestion. My irritable stomach distress has reduced from  periodic high levels to zero and digestive dysfunction has all but disappeared. Part of healthy living now.

Excellent probiotics
I've been using Bio-Kult for quite some time. It doesn't make me bloated and helps with the gut microbiome. I'm a huge fan—they are cost-effective and a highly effective product. A nutritionist recommended them.

Probiotics
