The presence of live bacteria from supplements in the gastrointestinal tract are generally transient in nature. Live bacteria from supplements are not thought to permanently colonise the gastrointestinal tract. In light of this, all Bio-Kult research involves daily supplementation.

Brilliant
I wouldn’t be without these now! They have helped me to cut down on my use of omeprazole. I take them daily and have even got my adult daughter taking them to help with gut problems due to long term antibiotic use.Â

Feel fantastic!!
