Ingredients
- Handful of berries (strawberries, raspberries or blackberries)
- 1 apple
- ½ a carrot
- 2 leaves of kale
- 1 small beetroot chopped
- 1" fresh ginger
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon ground omega 3 seed mix
- ½ cup of raw milk kefir or live natural yogurt
- 1-2 capsules of Bio-Kult
Instructions
1.
Place all the ingredients in the blender and whizz. You can adjust the
consistency by adding more or less liquid. Add in the 1-2 capsules of Bio-Kult, twist apart the capsules and tip into mixture. Pour into glasses and drink straight away to get the most nutrients and the best flavour.
